Once a user is subscribed to your status page, and depending on their subscription settings, they will receive notifications automatically when you create/update incidents and maintenance.
A subscription to the status page is required to send notifications. Users can configure which notification channels to be used and powerful filters on what to get notifications about. Learn more at Subscriptions.
