Debug SAML with “SAML Chrome Panel” extension
Follow these steps if you're struggling with SSO role mapping in order to gather debugging information to send it to the StatusPal team.
This guide requires Chrome as the Browser
Install the SAML Chrome Panel extension
Make sure to sign out and sign in again to your Statuspal account
Open the SSO setting you want to test in Statuspal
Open the Developer Tools
Select the SAML tab from the Developer Tools
Click on Test SAML configuration on your Statuspal account
You should see the SAML requests happening as follows:
Click on the Export button in the SAML panel
Download the export file and send it over to us for debugging.
